At ZICE FOUNDATION, we are committed to providing exceptional services to students seeking admission to universities across India. However, we acknowledge that certain circumstances may necessitate a refund. Please find our detailed refund policy below:
Refunds will be processed within 30 to 60 days from the date we receive a complete refund application.
Refunds are applicable only if the student formally cancels their admission by submitting a written refund request to ZICE FOUNDATION.
A 20% service charge will be deducted from the amount paid to ZICE FOUNDATION in case of admission cancellation by the student. Any charges levied by the university, such as registration fees, admission fees, or other non-refundable components as per the university’s policy, will also be deducted.
To initiate a refund, students must provide the following documents:
Proof of payment made to ZICE FOUNDATION.
Any additional documents requested by ZICE FOUNDATION to facilitate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of both ZICE FOUNDATION and the respective university. ZICE FOUNDATION reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. Any updates will be communicated through official channels.
