By registering for a course through ZICE FOUNDATION, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Admission Process
1.1. The information provided by the student during registration must be accurate and complete. ZICE FOUNDATION will not be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
1.2. Admission is subject to the eligibility criteria and admission policies of the respective college or university.
2. Fee Payment
2.1. All fees must be paid as per the payment schedule shared by ZICE FOUNDATION.
2.2. Payments should be made using authorized payment methods.
2.3. A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.

3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refund requests will be processed within 30 to 60 days from the date of receipt of the complete refund application.
3.2. Refunds are applicable only if the student cancels their admission by submitting a formal written request to ZICE FOUNDATION.
3.3. The following deductions will apply to all refunds:

20% service charge on the total amount paid to ZICE FOUNDATION.
Any charges imposed by the university, including but not limited to registration fees, admission fees, or other non-refundable components as per the university’s policies.
3.4. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Responsibilities of the Student
4.1. Students must provide all required documents, including academic records and identification, during the admission process.
4.2. Students are responsible for verifying the terms and policies of the chosen college or university.

5. ZICE FOUNDATION’s Role
5.1. ZICE FOUNDATION acts as a facilitator in the admission process and is not responsible for decisions made by colleges or universities.
5.2. ZICE FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify or withdraw its services in case of non-compliance with these terms.

6. Amendment of Terms
6.1. ZICE FOUNDATION reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
6.2. Updates to the terms and conditions will be communicated via official channels and will take effect immediately.
